I became a real estate agent because I've always had a deep passion for homes, properties, and design. My family and I have moved more times than I can count, and I could never find an agent who possessed both the knowledge and the care that we needed when we were buying
and selling. Eventually, I decided to try my hand at what I was already passionate about.
Over the years, I've worked at both large and small brokerages, as well as with buyers and sellers from around the world in international relocation, and what I’ve found is that many brokerages miss the mark, especially when it comes to training, support, and the client experience. I've always believed in continuous learning and elevating my skills to serve clients with excellence, no matter the market. That mindset, combined with my entrepreneurial spirit, has led me to fill gaps that I once saw in the industry by creating something of my own.
Today, I’m training and leading my own team of agents who reflect the standards, values, and vision of Equity Estates. We are a real estate firm where clients and agents feel at home.
When I’m not working, you can find me traveling and spending time with family, my husband Jim, and my three grown children, Garrett, Andersen, and Audi, either in Texas or Tennessee.
